An AI receptionist that triages burst pipes and no-hot-water emergencies, answers pricing questions, and books the job, before the caller tries the next plumber on Google.
Ready to callA customer with a burst pipe doesn't call one plumber, they call three back to back and book with whoever answers first. One missed emergency call is usually worth more than a week of ads.
A real recorded call with the AI receptionist, not a script.

We're the team behind Ondesk, building AI agents for industries where a wrong answer is expensive: aviation data, financial due diligence, contract review. A missed phone call gets the same rigor.
Every script is triaged for severity before it's allowed to go live: a true emergency routes differently than a routine question, and the agent always knows when to hand off to a person.
Any caller can ask for a human, and the agent hands off the moment it's unsure or out of its depth, no dead air, no guessing. You set the handoff number during setup.
We build a knowledge base from your real business info, pricing, policies, hours, services, whatever your customers actually ask about, and the agent answers from that instead of guessing. We follow a deterministic approach and apply specific techniques to prevent hallucinations: if the agent doesn't have a confident, grounded answer, it never makes one up, it hands the caller to a real person instead. Every agent is stress-tested by multiple reviewers before it ever answers a real customer.
Yes. We connect it to your existing calendar (Google Calendar, Calendly, or whatever you already use) and your CRM if you have one, so every booked appointment and every lead lands exactly where your team already looks, nothing lives in a separate system you have to check.
No. You keep the number on your trucks, Google listing, and business cards. We turn on conditional call forwarding on your line, standard with every carrier, so calls only route to the agent when you don't pick up or the line's busy. It takes a couple of clicks to set up and you can turn it off anytime, calls go straight back to you.
Most agents go live in under a week: a 15–20 minute discovery call, 3–5 days to build, then you test it on real calls before it ever answers a customer.
You top up the bundle anytime, no mid-month cutoff and no surprise overage invoice. We flag it before you run low.
Voice is processed through OpenAI's API, that's how any AI phone system works. Under OpenAI's API data policy, none of it is used to train their models by default, but it's temporarily held on their infrastructure for abuse monitoring, not something we control. The transcripts, recordings, and lead data in your own dashboard are fully yours, stored under your account. If full data isolation matters for your business, we offer a custom on-premises deployment on dedicated hardware you control, available as a paid add-on.
Just tell us. Pricing, hours, and scripts can be updated after launch, typical turnaround is a day or two for small changes.
15 minutes. We'll tell you honestly what can be automated and what should stay with a person.
